Introduction of Our Snowboard Core Technology
The wood core material is crucial for the performance of snowboards. Our snowboard cores are made of wood strips, incorporating various woods such as beech, poplar, bamboo, cedar, fir, pine and high-density foam (though not wood, it plays a significant role in the construction process). These materials not only provide strength and durability but also keep the board lightweight, enhance its flexibility, and achieve optimal bending performance.
Among the woods commonly used in our snowboard core structure is poplar. Known for its light weight and durability, poplar has a medium hardness, making it ideal for snowboard construction. Its dense grain structure and consistent flexibility provide the perfect characteristics for high-performance snowboards.
Our snowboard cores are constructed by jointed together strips of wood that are 2 centimeters wide and of the same width. You can choose different widths of wood strips according to your design. Depending on your snowboard design, you can select different materials:
1. Single material: Common choices include beech and poplar, but you can also customize other woods according to your design.

2. Dual materials: You can choose two different woods, such as poplar, beech, birch, aspen, pine, etc., to customize your snowboard core.
3. Triple materials: Similarly, you can choose different woods like poplar, beech, birch, aspen, pine, etc., to customize your snowboard core.

We use ECO-friendly glue in our manufacturing process to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
